Any purchase, booking, promotion, competition, quotation, service or other transaction between you and a tenant is subject to the tenant’s own terms, policies and legal obligations.

Questions, complaints, returns, warranties or disputes concerning goods or services purchased from a tenant should ordinarily be directed to that tenant. This provision does not exclude any rights or remedies available to you under applicable law.

7. Promotions, Competitions and Events

Promotions, competitions, campaigns and events displayed on the website may be subject to separate rules, qualifying criteria, closing dates, availability restrictions and supplier terms.

Where separate terms are supplied for a promotion, competition or event, those specific terms will apply in addition to this document. If there is a conflict, the specific promotional or competition terms will apply to that promotion or competition.
